1. Pengantar sifat dan prinsip kerja layar resistif

       1) Attributes: Resistive screen, called resistive touch screen, commonly known as "soft screen", different from capacitive screen structure, only three layers, the inner layer is glass, the outer layer is thin film, coating on the adjacent side of the thin film and glass ITO. At the same time, the resistive screen is actually a kind of sensor.

       At present, resistive screens are divided into four-wire type and five-wire type, but we often see four-wire type and five-wire type, and the working principle is almost the same. The difference also lies in its accuracy after being affected by external forces.

       2) Working principle: In fact, to put it simply, the resistive screen is divided into two layers, separated by a spacer in the middle. When the two layers collide with each other, the current will have an impact, and the chip will respond by calculating the data between the force and the current to evaluate which part of the screen is under pressure. Because the resistive screen needs to collide with the upper and lower layers before it can react.

       Therefore, when two points are pressed at the same time, the pressure on the screen becomes unbalanced, resulting in errors in touch. Therefore, this principle makes it difficult for resistive screens to achieve multi-touch. Even if the sensitivity of multi-touch is achieved through technical means, it is not easy to adjust. Point A is sensitive and point B is sluggish.

       In addition, because the resistive touch screen requires a certain amount of pressure, the surface material will wear out for a long time, or the upper and lower layers lose elasticity and cause the problem of poor contact, which will affect the normal service life of the product.

       2. Introduction to Capacitive Screen Properties and Working Principle

       1) Properties: Capacitive screen, full name capacitive touch screen, commonly known as "hard screen", is a four-layer composite glass screen, from the inside to the outside, it was initially ITO (Indium Tin Metal Oxide) to ensure work Environment; then glass; at the back is also ITO coating, used as a working surface; the fourth layer is a protective layer of silica glass. The capacitive screen works by using the current induction of the human body, which can be understood as a touch medium that requires bioelectricity to be touched.

       2) Working principle: In fact, the capacitive screen and the resistive screen have two upper and lower layers, but the difference is that the capacitive screen does not react through the collision between the two layers. Basically, the capacitive screen uses the lower layer to transmit signals to the upper layer. When the upper layer is contacted by the conductor, the lower layer can receive the information and make calculations.

       Therefore, the two layers of screens do not need to be in direct contact, only the information received by the lower layer is used and calculations are made to determine the position of the finger touched. It is precisely because of this that the capacitive screen can not only support multiple points at the same time, but also greatly enhance the sensitivity of touch.

       Third, the reason why resistive screens are more popular in the industrial field

       From the above description, the main difference between the resistance and the capacitive screen is: the advantage of the capacitive screen over the resistance screen is that the capacitive screen is the principle of electrostatic driving of the human body, and the resistance screen is the principle of force driving.

       1. The industrial environment is relatively harsh, with a lot of dust and large temperature differences. The resistive screen is more suitable for this harsh environment;

       2. The resistive screen can be touched with any object, which is suitable for some industrial use scenarios and requires gloves to be operated;

       3. The accuracy of the resistive touch screen only depends on the accuracy of the A/D conversion, so it can easily reach the 40964096 comparison, and the cost performance is higher than that of the capacitive screen.

       4. Capacitive screens are mostly used in commercial display products, self-service terminal products, including self-service ticket machines, self-service payment machines, multi-function visitor machines, hotel check-in machines, self-service terminals, self-service terminals, etc.
